Very chic hotel and restaurant. Modern, bright decor, clean and tidy. Family run Some rooms are a bit narrow and therefore a bit dark but still cozy. Very friendly staff. Fast service in the restaurant. Food tastes very good. Drinks are well chilled. Breakfast is at the buffet. However, precautionary measures due to corona must also be observed here. The implementation works fine. Eggs can be prepared and served fresh and differently on request. Sufficient parking space in front of and behind the house.

Great family run hotel & restaurant. Beautifully decorated (apparently newly renovated). The prices are very reasonable. During the corona crisis, the company implemented the hygiene rules very accurately. Overall, we felt very comfortable!

. We only refueled there or ate something (our own) .. the petrol stations on the French. Autobahn..at least on the route are structured similarly .. with some there is McD..also more / less quite ok ..

A beautiful, small family-run hotel. You feel immediately at ease and will receive a warm welcome. The food is delicious and the products from the region. The newly designed rooms are very modern and attractively designed. I can only recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

A nice lovingly run hotel. My room was very nice and well equipped. Everyone was very nice and we were spoiled by the chef with delicious food.

Last Sunday the menu of all first cream! Special requests have been received. All three gears were perfect WITHOUT restrictions. Not only the kitchen, service and ambience were great. But let's face it, we are used to the "castle". We agree in unison and will continue to enjoy the perfect cuisine and professional service. L, R, K and P ?

very nice family-run hotel with good service. Nice modern room, unfortunately the kitchen times were a bit "tight" for the event I was in Amtzell for. But they were so friendly and after prior consultation they had put a cold meal back for me. In this sense 4 stars and I will be back.

We experienced a wonderful and hospitable stay at Zum Schloss which helped to enjoy our journey from The Netherlands to Austria. We recommend you also visit Wangen during your stay. Accommodation and restaurant were tastefully refurbished and it gave us a great family feel from the owners. We certainly recommand this Hotel & Restaurant.

Service was a disaster. At first it took a while before we even got the card, then it took more than an hour until the food was there. The water was in the wrong size, the soup did not even come. When we the main waitress said that we want to pay, this first extensively with several groups of guests. After 2h stay we could finally leave the loud restaurant. The food was okay, unfortunately there was only one vegetarian dish among the main courses ..

Nice and clean. Tasty food and pleasant staff. Alles supper.

Positive: Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Negative: Problem with water draining in the bathroom - floor gets soaked. Breakfast could be improved with slices of fruit/ salad/ tomatoes and regular ham and cheese.
